- Responsible for the repair & overhaul of field & waste equipment, such as bean pickers, tractors, dump carts, waste spreaders, etc
- Solid understanding of hydraulics, electrical & engine repairs.
- Basic welding & cutting skills.
- Responsible for training/supervising field operations and crew to achieve efficiency in snap bean harvest to maximize crop recovery.
- Must have your own tools or willing to purchase.
- OT mandatory during Production Period (July – November)
- Must exhibit a strong commitment to Safety & Teamwork.
