Job Title: IHSM Training Services Coordinator

Location: Flexible - Hybrid Working 2 days per week in the office

About the Role

We are growing Health and Safety team and looking for an enthusiastic Training Services Coordinator to support the management and delivery of training and technical services to UK and international clients.

 

Responsibilities involve:  

  • Support the technical team in delivering services to UK and international clients.
  • Being the first point of call for all enquiries by email and telephone
  • Help to organise team travels locally and abroad
  • Help to organise sales trips locally and abroad for Regional Managers/Executives
  • Negotiating, planning, and coordinating clients' work requests with our international network.
  • Chasing orders – email, phone, Teams -
  • Research technical subjects – for the delivery of services to clients.
  • Report 1st stage quality assurance reviews
  • Assist with the maintenance of the project activity tracker
  • Assist with the planning of activities and training bookings
  • Utilise various administrative software tools that assist the team in the delivery of services to our clients
  • Learning and creating forms into our Bureau Veritas reporting tool, teaching others within the team.
  • Assisting the team to create innovations and drive efficiency
  • Building relationships across the bureau Veritas network
  • Accompany and assist site project work where required
  • Adhere to site safety practices where site work is undertaken.
  • Assisting with other general administration duties as required

 

What are we looking for?

Skills and Experience

  • Confident but friendly communication and interpersonal skills. Personable.
  • Have a flexible and adaptable approach to work requests in order to meet the requirements of the business
  • Confident and experienced user of O365 applications, particularly Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks to meet demands
  • Desire to be part of a winning team.

Qualifications

Preferred but not essential - Degree in a technical or safety-related field (Degree in Engineering (e.g. Chemical, Process, Mechanical), or relevant science, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment
