Role: Service Delivery Team Leader
Location: Hybrid Working 2 days per week - Manchester office
Package: Competitive salary, Up to 12% Pension, Health Care, and other Flexible benefits
Role Purpose: To lead and develop the Procurement Shop department with accountability for project & service coordination, contract set up, invoicing and procurement service delivery proactively supporting them to deliver services to external and internal clients, while provide BI feedback to the management team and other departments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for making sure UK Procurement operations are delivered in line with budgets and required SLA’s
Responsible for the efficient project delivery for UK Procurement key accounts
Responsible for making sure contract set up is handled in an efficient way
Responsible for driving invoice targets and ensuring they are tracked and met on a monthly basis
Responsible for looking and how we drive efficiency while improving service delivery
Other Duties and Responsibilities include:
People management responsibility, ensuring engagement, development, recruitment & retention planning
Support the office and field based operational teams to ensure operational activities are being performed in accordance with KPI, SLAs, BV processes and policy.
Monitoring operating expenses and improve planning performance, service delivery and inspection decisions
Analyse monthly KPI and Financial results with BU Manager initiate corrective actions where performance is not aligned to expectations.
Responsible for managing the billing process in line with contractual terms and operational delivery
Ensuring process compliance and team training is maintained
Ensure correct selection & utilisation of internal/external resource to maintain activity margins
Provide operational back up support by delivering activities in during times of absence and high volume
Act as first point of escalation for departmental communication.
Manage department trackers to ensure matching of costs and revenue at the budgeted level
Lead and coach employees (providing individual development via motivation, assessment and feedback
Drive NPS and Investigate, establish root causes and implement corrective actions following complaints
Collate operational finance information - preparation of landing, WIP, invoicing and accruals
Attend periodic meetings with UK BU Manager to discuss operation performance, strategic decisions & KPIs
Experience & Skills Required
Experience ideally gained in an industrial or services environment
Good experience of working / managing a planning team
Good experience of resourcing for/managing field operations
Strong commercial awareness
Analytical skills and ability to deal with numbers / KPI’s
Positive approach to the challenges of change and see change as an opportunity
