Based out of our Poole Office, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Consultant. You’ll be joining a team of friendly and supportive professionals who are responsible for managing the entire Human Resources lifecycle from start to finish.
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in attracting entry level talent into our organisation. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. What will you do?
Manage the full recruitment and HR onboarding process, with the focus on delivering an excellent candidate journey.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans.
Source & identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Utilise targeted advertising, marketing and networks to attract potential candidates on various platforms, ensuring we are in a competitive position to attract talented individuals and build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and cultural fit. Co-ordinate interviews when required.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Represent the company positively in interactions with candidates and external partners.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), provide regular updates on the status of ongoing recruitment efforts and maintain recruitment-related documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Supports our Talent Acquisition Partner in administrative tasks and onboarding. Including right to work and visas.
Support the development and use of our ATS system, making changes to streamline the process for recruitment, Hiring Managers, and candidates.
Who are you:
You have strong IT skills including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other databases or software
You have experience of managing small scale projects
You’re very organized and able to prioritise workload to achieve objectives with minimal supervision
You’re a great problem solver and thrive on being able to fix things
You enjoy multi-tasking, learning new activities and pick up new tasks confidently and easily
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can manage requests and queries
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
You’re discreet and can operate in a confidential environment when needed
