We are looking for a Field Service Superintendent to join our dynamic, fast-paced Field Service team in our AMER service region. This position may be based remotely within the US.
What will you be doing
As a Field Service Superintendent, you will perform field service activities and commissioning on 4-Stroke engines and ancillary equipment.
The ideal candidate has technical experience in Marine engineering and installation.

Travel Requirements:
This position requires a 70% travel commitment, encompassing both domestic and international, including onshore and offshore locations. The role demands adaptability to varying travel demands, with an expectation of extended periods away from the primary work location. Prospective candidates should be prepared to fulfill these travel obligations as an integral aspect of the position's responsibilities.

For applicants that reside in CA/CO/WA, the hourly wage range is $35.00-$46.00
For applicants that reside in NY, the hourly wage range is $33.00 -$61.25
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Eligibility to participate in: the discretionary incentive plan assigned to the level of position upon offer of employment; medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) plan and flexible spending accounts, subject to plan terms; Company-paid benefits such as life insurance, short- and long-term disability, subject to applicable waiting periods. Paid time off (PTO) is accrued on a per-pay period basis in accordance with tenure in the Company; a new hire can expect 17 days per year. Twelve (12) Company-paid holidays.
