Position Overview
Nexus Water Group is seeking a Billing and Collections Analyst to support our Customer Service team, process, and balance payments for water/sewer service, and research customer billing problems. Maintain district files for all rate orders/ordinances, amendments, work papers, special calculation instructions, voluntary agreements, special monthly report generation, and special mailing invoices for each district assigned. Testing of Rate changes as new rates are changed. Operates the SAP billing system and ensures accurate billing.
