This full-time role will be based at our Maidstone Support Centre, it will initially be a 6 month contract, but there is the potential for this to be longer. The role is Mon-Friday/08:30-17:00.

Responsibilities
Purpose of the role:
- To assist in the operational management of the Accounts Receivable team and role model Hidden Hearing's values.
- To supervise a team of staff and ensure that the performance of the team meets the agreed objectives.
- To assist in the creation and development of a highly motivated and committed team.
- This role will be a Supervisory role to begin with, but there is a clear pathway to a Management role (within 6-12 months).
- Contribute to the operational management of the Finance Team
- Maintain high standards of compliance.
- Attend and participate in relevant meetings and training sessions
- Approve leave/sickness request for the team ensuring adequate holiday cover
About you:
- Ability and drive to investigate issues
- Friendly and assertive style of working with other finance and non-financial staff.
- Demonstrate Hidden Hearing's values
- Good analytical problem-solving skills
- Inquisitive nature
- The ability to supervise/manage a team
- The ability to motivate and work well with all different types of character
- Experience in Accounts Receivable.
