We are looking for someone to make a significant contribution to delivering maximum sales opportunities by effective and efficient diary management for multiple diaries. Exceptional customer care, maximizing sales of accessories and care plans an ensuring a well-presented branch is consistent with our premium brand.
This role will be based at our Worthing Branch, it will be 2 x days per week/Monday and Friday/09:00-17:00 (with a 30 min unpaid break).

Responsibilities
The role will include:
Customer Care – Put premium customer care at the forefront of everything you do.
Diary Management – manage (multiple) hearing aid dispenser diaries effectively and maximise appointment potential.
Administration – to maintain confidential and accurate customer records using our IT software. To comply with GDPR regulations. Maintain accurate reporting information, e.g. for stock. General administration duties.
Sales– take the initiative to promote the Wellness programme, sell accessories and care plans by positively influencing and persuading customers.
Presentation of branch and self – Ensure that the branch is presented to brand standards – this includes presentation of branch literature and cleaning to a hygienic standard.
