National Account Manager – High Street & Travel
Field based role with a requirement to be in the Crawley Office c.3 days a month
Salary: £40k - £45k dependent upon experience + potential bonus + car + other fantastic benefits including 12 flexible days in addition to holiday entitlement

Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager to join our NWUK Sales team to manage existing customers and secure new business across the High Street & Travel Channel. Key successes will be to deliver profitable volume and value growth and grow market share for NWUK brands, with accountability for the full P&L delivery for a defined portfolio of customers.
You will also be expected to keep abreast of competitor activity and market intelligence within the sector and support with the development of our channel strategy to ensure we have the tools we need to continue to win now and in the future.
A day in the life of a National Account Manager …
In this exciting and dynamic role within Nestlé Waters, you will be fully accountable for the existing customer base, as well as the opportunity to develop a target portfolio of accounts. You will drive the leadership and delivery of a profitable market share winning plan by creating, selling and executing Joint Business Plans with the customers and teams, and selling through compelling actionable insight. You will deliver on sales fundamentals of P&L management, forecast accuracy, pricing and deductions.
