Salary up to £47,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + 12 additional flex days on top of 25 days annual leave + 2 paid volunteering days + other excellent benefits!

Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Brand Manager to work as part of our Cereal Partners UK team at our head office in Welwyn Garden City. You will report directly into the Marketing Manager, working hand in hand to drive growth on one of our key core brands; Shredded Wheat. As well as the potential to also lead one of our smaller brands or major NPD launches.
A day in the life of a Brand Manager...
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for helping to manage one of our much-loved brands; Shredded Wheat. You will be expected to help define the brand strategy and build long-term plans to achieve our ambitions aligned with the wider business vision, gaining exposure to all elements of the marketing mix and more. The key responsibilities of this role include:
What will make you successful?
To be successful in this role you will already have some fantastic marketing experience under your belt. Ideally you will already be working in a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager role. You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic environment. Acting as an ambassador for the brands, you will have strong project management and analytical skills. You will need to be highly organised, conscientious and a team player. Pro-activity and enthusiasm are essential elements for this role.
