Position Summary
The Nespresso team are recruiting a Campaign Specialist to join the CRM Operations team who own the CRM channels: email, push, SMS and DM and collaborate closely with paid marketing, web and app. This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of the OmniChannel CRM orchestration including optimising for channel best practice, responding to channel briefs, implementing MarTech capabilities and the operational processes.
This is a fast-paced technical role which requires a high attention to detail, industry knowledge and a self-starter attitude to drive a best-in-class CRM experience.
