Position Summary

As the B2B Lead, you will play an important part role in driving the OOH strategy execution in African markets securing qualitative and sustainable coffee and machines growth according to the Nespresso model.
A Day in the Life…
Support the B2B RTM development and channel strategy
Execute the optimization of local B2B business processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment with other local functions
Driving continuous improvement of processes, tools and capabilities and effective implementation and monitoring their impact on customer experience
Support the B2B business management through commercial reporting, data quality and analysis
Evaluate OOH brand activities in market in alignment with strategic framework and Brand targets and coordinate with Brand function
HoReCa: assess market maturity and cascade relevant strategy to markets comunicating clear brand elevation & acquisition targets.
Implement global guidelines for small and medium offices acquisition & evaluate market readiness for innovation (paid, telemetry)
Act as single point of contact for all OOH matters (Sales, Services, Brand ) for the markets and coordinate with MEA functions in alignment with BDM
Create a roadmap to commercial excellence via market specificities to implement the OP Strategy market with focus on:
Implement Sales force monitoring through monthly reporting following the KEEP &I , Get KPI and ensure training levels across markets
Ensure service levels for OOH operations in market and address any specific needs in terms of homologation or product extensions. Stock monitoring
Coordinating with MEA functions, develop and implement a regional training calendar to elevate skills & competences in both product knowledge, sales & after sales
Identify & prioritize key sales and service improvement areas (processes, tools, skills).
Support key local or MEA-initiated OOH commercial and service improvement projects (e.g. machine launch, B2C2B campaigns implementation and training, B2B Customer Lifecycle Management...), coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
Ensure on time and on quality business reports (track figures, communication to the stakeholders):
reporting (e.g. MOR), local monthly reporting, periodic sales report, GSA calculation of KA customers for HQ reporting, etc.
Define targets for E2E processes with other functions and measure achievements vs targets.
Run ad-hoc reporting requests by OOH Commercial Manager.
Actively participate and share inputs during Monthly Demand & Supply planning meetings.
Analyze customer data and share insights (e.g Customer Lifecyle Management program effectiveness)
Ensure data quality, trigger actions to fix issues.
What will make you successful…
At least 3 years of OOH commercial experience in sales or business support
Strong communication skills in French
OOH field/ direct sales experience is an asset (i.e. KA, customer service experience, sales support & administration experience)
Support function experience
Project management experience
Ability to work under pressure
Travel will be required in this role
