Position Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing & Web Manager to join the team, based in Crawley. You will be a part of a team where you will share the value of open communication to generate impact and return towards our common goals. You will be leading the Nestle Professional's Website and Search strategy to the highest standard across channels, categories, and customers. Therefore, this will enable the vision of using digital marketing as an effective, attract, acquire, grow and retention tool.
A day in the life of a Digital Marketing & Web Manager
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for developing a holistic NP UK organic search (SEO) and content strategy aligned to category, market, and Zone Europe priorities.
Management of existing website properties: timely content updates, edits and authoring, drafting and publishing, aligned with both channel, category and sales plans/needs and any mandatory brand, legal, regulatory or compliance requirements.
Identify and lead new website related projects including: business requirements gathering, documentation, cost estimates, plans, timings, wireframing/prototypes, UX and UI design, development/build, testing, sign off and release
Support team with input into pre and post evaluations of promotions/activities that have a digital focus.
Provide a best-in-class website approach for brand/category campaigns (brand building and lead generation) and business initiatives (Toque d'Or) to support business plans and targets.
Budget owner - responsible for managing SEO Scope of Work & Website budget.
Ensure adherence to all Nestlé digital principles and policies.
What will make you successful
Key to this role will be your ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders; and to energise and engage the business behind the wider impact of digital marketing. You will have solid website management and SEO experience, as well as an understanding of deploying multi-channel campaigns and highly personalised communications.
You’ll also have:
• Experience in working across Digital ecosystem (Clear understanding of interconnectivity of Search, Content, Websites, CRM, Channels & Platforms & digital marketing campaigns with knowledge of digital marketing operations, processes & capabilities)
• A good knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO techniques and optimising a brand online for search
• A demonstrated ability to work cross functionally within commercial and manage results to often tight deadlines.
• Strong influencing and communication skills at all levels.
• Passionate about building strong relationships particularly with multiple agencies and delivering excellence in results
• A strong working knowledge of website management and analytics package (it is preferable if you have experience with Drupal 10/Acquia Cloud Site Factory/ GA4)
