Marketing Budget Co-ordinator
Location: Gatwick – Hybrid working: approx. 2 days per week in our office
Salary: £26,000 to £29,000 dependent upon experience + potential bonus + 12 flexible days in addition to holiday entitlement + other fantastic benefits

Position Summary 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Budget Co-ordinator to join our Purina Pet Care Finance team to provide administration support in managing PFME spend in CRM and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (PO's) to ensure prompt payment to suppliers.

A day in the life of a ... 
As part of our PFME finance team, you will act as the key link into our Marketing team, working collaboratively to provide administrative support ensuring our Marketing budgets are forecasted accurately.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the PFME annual budget in CRM, re-phasing monthly to ensure 100% forecast accuracy based on actuals and liaising with budget holders for PFME to ensure budgets are adhered to and spend is realised in the correct months
  • Fully responsible for the P2P part of PFME spend management - will raise the necessary PRs ensuring all data associated with the PR is correct and that PRs are all raised in a timely manner.
  • Fully responsible for ensuring that all PO's are raised prior to any supplier work starting and Goods Receipting PO's in the correct month to ensure adherence to forecast. 
  • Ensuring full compliance for all spend - CRM planning and subsequent GL actuals

Other key skills include:

  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable using other Microsoft Office programs - IT literate 
  • Previous experience of SAP is desirable 
  • Great attention to detail
  • Naturally curious, it is crucial that you be able to take the initiative when faced with any obstacle to solve problems and barriers
  • Developed interpersonal and influencing skills as well as strong organisational skills.
