Job Title: Development Process Operator
location: York Factory
Shift Pattern: 24/7hr pattern, 42 hours per week.
Pay: £41,767.49 plus companywide benefits

A day in the Life of a Process Operator
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Challenge, maintain & improve safety, quality, and operational standards
- Work independently, and as part of a team, to proactively resolve operational challenges using problem solving techniques.
- Enjoy getting into the detail of the manufacturing process and watching the products evolve, also being part of the solution not the problem.
- Have the ability to Work in a high temperature due to the ovens and expected to work in a potentially dusty environment due to the materials after the cooking process.
- Have a willingness to learn multiple skills, including driving a Forklift Truck
- Be proactive and positively communicate with other employees and leaders.
