Salary ranging from £33,450 to £38,000 per annum plus excellent companywide benefits.
9 months fixed term contract

Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join the Nestlé Waters team in a role that supports our factory in Buxton, the proud home of Buxton Water. This role will give you the opportunity to partner with our operational functions at site where you can make a real impact. A day in the life of a HR Business Partner
This role offers a real opportunity to work with leaders at various levels in our organisation as their business partner from day one supporting our Nestlé Waters team, providing HR support and coaching to provide best in class service. This role will provide the flexibility and autonomy of getting to the heart of people issues, working to develop fit for purpose solutions with a continuous improvement mentality. You will work closely with the lead HR Business Partner for site on a day to day basis to drive people initiatives and deliver HR solutions.
You’ll also be responsible for the following:
• Supporting the successful execution of the HR strategy across the Buxton Factory, including leading on transformation initiatives such as our important work on inclusion and belonging and wellbeing
• Use people data to analyse trends and drive decision making and actions
• Act as a key point of contact for any employee relations issues that arise supporting leaders to ensure the appropriate resolution is achieved in a timely manner
• Work in collaboration with Trade Union representatives at a local level
• Ensure our performance and talent management activities are understood, embedded and delivered, to enable our people to successfully deliver against the business’ goals
• Be a key driver in upskilling our people managers capability specifically around our people’s development enabling everybody to be the very best that they can be
• Develop capability to ensure our people understand the HR model we work within and are able to efficiently access the solutions they need with ease
What will make you successful?
You will have proven experience of working in operational HR, with a demonstrable drive to work as a true business partner. You’ll need to be able to build on your experience in a large-scale business environment, and you’ll be accustomed to translating a wider market HR strategy and policies. Ideally, you’ll need to have a proven track record of successfully managing ER casework.
