Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid - 2-3 times a week)
Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience + generous pension + 12 flexible days in addition to 25 days of annual leave + other excellent benefits

Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Digital Campaign Manager to join our Nestlé Cereal Partners UK team at our head office in Welwyn Garden City. Reporting directly into the Digital Strategy and Media Lead, you will play a key lead role in planning and delivering best-in-class digital activities and content across the Nestlé Cereals brand owned media channels; website, CRM, SEO, and integration of these into wider Nestlé Cereals brand marketing plans.
A day in the life of a digital campaign manager...
As a Digital Campaign Manager you’ll be responsible for planning, activating, and executing the digital strategy for Nestlé Cereal brands across website, CRM and SEO. You will play an important role in the production of quality digital content across our key brands. You will activate our first party data acquisition strategy to grow our existing consumer database and deliver greater and more personalised experiences to our consumers, to accelerate our digital ambitions delivering strong results.

What will make you successful?
As the successful candidate, you’ll be educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) and have a breadth of digital, content and CRM knowledge under your belt. You’ll already have worked within a similar role with relevant digital marketing experience being able to highlight examples of creating and delivering engaging campaigns, building impactful consumer journeys, and generating conversions/leads/sales.
You’ll be passionate, results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic environment. You’ll thrive when working with stakeholders across all levels coupled with your ability to truly understand our business from a commercial standpoint. You’ll have fantastic communication skills and understand how your decisions impact our Breakfast Cereals business strategy. You’ll love working in an environment that isn’t always black and white, being able to navigate both yourself and stakeholders to positive solutions.
