Job Title: Digital Campaign Manager (12 month FTC)

Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid - 2-3 times a week)

Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience  + generous pension + 12 flexible days in addition to 25 days of annual leave + other excellent benefits

Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Digital Campaign Manager to join our Nestlé Cereal Partners UK team at our head office in Welwyn Garden City. Reporting directly into the Digital Strategy and Media Lead, you will play a key lead role in planning and delivering best-in-class digital activities and content across the Nestlé Cereals brand owned media channels; website, CRM, SEO, and integration of these into wider Nestlé Cereals brand marketing plans.

 

 

A day in the life of a digital campaign manager...

As a Digital Campaign Manager you’ll be responsible for planning, activating, and executing the digital strategy for Nestlé Cereal brands across website, CRM and SEO. You will play an important role in the production of quality digital content across our key brands. You will activate our first party data acquisition strategy to grow our existing consumer database and deliver greater and more personalised experiences to our consumers, to accelerate our digital ambitions delivering strong results.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of activity across the Nestlé Cereals brand website, CRM, SEO, and integration of these into wider Nestlé Cereals brand marketing plans.
  • Develop data and CRM plans including the delivery of relevant communications such as monthly emails from CRM database and data acquisition campaigns.
  • Lead the delivery of agency scope of work for content, delivering high quality creatives for earned and paid channels.
  • Develop, activate and optimise the annual website content plan, based on audience and keyword territories, aligning to wider brand plans. Including building new pages via Drupal CMS.
  • Consult on brand plans to ensure owned media is properly considered in the consumer journey and data capture is embedded into campaigns to deliver against objectives.
  • On-going monitoring, optimising and evaluation of CRM, website and search campaigns, ensuring delivery against KPI’s and efficiency of spend.
  • Work closely with our agency partners across relevant digital touchpoints including but not limited to; SEO, CRM, and Creative.

 

 

What will make you successful?

As the successful candidate, you’ll be educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) and have a breadth of digital, content and CRM knowledge under your belt. You’ll already have worked within a similar role with relevant digital marketing experience being able to highlight examples of creating and delivering engaging campaigns, building impactful consumer journeys, and generating conversions/leads/sales.

 

You’ll be passionate, results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic environment. You’ll thrive when working with stakeholders across all levels coupled with your ability to truly understand our business from a commercial standpoint. You’ll have fantastic communication skills and understand how your decisions impact our Breakfast Cereals business strategy. You’ll love working in an environment that isn’t always black and white, being able to navigate both yourself and stakeholders to positive solutions.

 

You’ll also:

  • Have experience of creating and delivering engaging campaigns, building impactful consumer journeys, and generating conversions/leads/sales.
  • Have the ability to influence at senior levels both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills
  • Experience / track record in using data to evaluate the performance of your activity
