This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that’s sufficient for completing their job remotely.
The General Manager, U.S. Sales is a highly visible leadership role with overall responsibility for developing strategic sales; plans and coaching US Sales leaders to improve front-line and Dealer effectiveness and ultimately drive targeted performance and associated profitability. The GM is accountable for achieving strategic growth and sales objectives/targets including market share and revenue with the goal of increasing profit and ridership for Harley-Davidson. Additionally, this role is accountable for short and long-term plans on how the US market team will influence and drive performance in the Dealer network to achieve stated strategic objectives. The GM will create a culture of high performance and develop a team with expertise to increase dealer profitability and enhance the Company and dealer relationships. Collaboration and strong cross-functional relationships with other US Sales functions, marketing, and service, among others, are imperative to deliver Harley-Davidson’s strategic imperatives focused on increasing ridership and contributing to strong dealer performance and customer experience.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
