About the role
Our Hudson Trade Centre in Wagga Wagga is currently seeking Frame and Truss manufacturing team members. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, we would be excited to meet with you and discuss the opportunity to join the team. This is a great opportunity for people who are willing to work hard with potential to progress through the company. School leavers are also encouraged to apply as extensive experience is not essential.
The successful candidate will be offered a full time position working a Monday to Friday roster. The successful candidate will demonstrate safety practices, must be motivated and reliable.
What you will be doing
• Picking timber for cutting
• Manufacturing of wall frames and roof trusses to standard
• Operating manual and computerised saws in a safe manner
What you will bring
• An ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised
• Ability to take direction and follow instructions
• Able to work hard, perform repetitive work and do it in a safe manner
• An eye for detail and a sense of urgency to meet customer expectations
• Previous experience in the Frame & Truss industry is desired but not necessary, on the job training will be provided to the right candidate.
