The Marketing Production Manager plays a pivotal role in collaborating with the Director of Digital Marketing and Vice President of Marketing to shape the brand's visual identity .
This individual is responsible for conceptualizing and executing a wide range of creative needs, from photography and banner design to design and installation of tradeshow booths to product catalogues and merchandising. Overseeing all aspects of pre-and post-production, the Marketing Production Manager will collaborate closely with the digital and product teams to deliver creative direction and ensure the delivery of imagery suitable for digital and print design applications. Working in tandem with the cross functional team, they will secure shoot resources where needed, including samples, crews, locations, and more for seamless coordination. They will manage a team of external freelancers and vendors to solicit additional support where needed.
The ideal candidate for this role possesses agility, creativity, responsiveness, and organizational prowess. They will be a key member of the Digital team, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate production support. Primary Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing graphics and designs for various platforms, including print and digital media
Collaborate with digital marketing team and broader cross-functional and marketing team to collect insights/needs for upcoming projects and develop and execute creative concepts
Design, printing and installation of décor, signage, and 3-D assets (tradeshow booths, displays, shelving, etc.) for internal and external use
On-site lead for Photography and Videography for internal and external activities
Photography and Videography for digital channels and campaigns
Design and execute product marketing collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, newsletters, catalogues, etc.
Event creative and production on-site assistance
Build concept decks and storyboards for shoots and lead brief development for outside partners where needed
Develop asset management approach to ensure easy, searchable access to photos and videos
Work closely with the group design team and Director of Digital Marketing to align all concepts with brand standards
Logo and banner development
Prior Knowledge/Experience
Minimum High School diploma or GED
Minimum 6 years related experience
Proven experience as a graphic designer/photographer or similar role
Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in skill and a sophisticated sense of design, photography and typography
Expert fluency in Adobe Creative Suite with advanced layout and typography skills
Extensive experience directing studio and location photography
Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills; able to balance multiple priorities and demands simultaneously
Able to adapt skill to the aesthetics of each project
Experience with web design principles and best practices
Flexibility and the ability to adjust to the needs of clients
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail • Highly motivated with ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to multitask and manage dynamic projects
Positive attitude
Desire to work on a collaborative team with high standards
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of company management
