Job Summary

We are currently looking for an Automation and Digital Sales Enablement Leader US/CA to join the Automation & Digital Americas team. The purpose and responsibility of this role is to drive business sales, prospect opportunities and work closely to account managers supporting the US/CA market for Automation and Digital Solutions for all 3 business: Processing, Packaging and Services.
You will report directly to the Sales Enablement and Solution Design Manager Americas. This role provides expertise and sales support to account managers through the entire sales process (understand customer needs, create solution, convey the value). 
You will be travelling up to 50 % of your time.
The position is based in US. 
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require international relocation to the United States.
 

What you will do


As an Automation and Digital Sales Enablement Leader US/CA you will: 

  • Be responsible for Automation Sales Strategy– drive and develop a successful proactive strategy, differentiating the local markets.
  • Drive Automation & Digital business development activities - Contact prospects, understanding customer needs, drive opportunities, increase awanerness and knowledge sharing in sales community.
  • Participate in sales meeting with Account Managers and different Customers Stakeholders demonstrating value proposition and generating leads and opportunities for Automation & Digital Solutions.
  • Be part of a network of Automation & Digital Solutions in contact with local resources and global teams.
  • Support on the entire sales process (understand customer needs, create solution, convey the value).
  • Drive sales and support pre projects for Green and Brown Field projects.

We believe you have

  • Degree qualification or knowledge and experience in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
  • Proven understanding of Operational Technology (OT) technologies such as PLCs, SCADAs, programming, and commissioning activities.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), virtualization, and industrial network.
  • An understanding of continuous & discrete manufacturing, processes within the food industry is a strong plus, as well as experience of the Automation Control systems - Production Control / Production Integrator, System Integration Kit’s for PLC, HMI & Database. Knowledge of industrial IT & HW, and Networks.
  • At least 3 years of Sales experience in the industrial automation sector.
  • Solid knowledge in the implementation of automation and digital solutions (PLC & HMI / MES / MOM / ERP Integration/ IIoT) is considered as a strong plus.
  • Experience with Tetra Pak Automation Platform (Tetra Pak Plant Master) is a plus.
  • Experience in Portfolio Management, Business Development, Consulting Services and new digital business models is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must.
