Future Talent - Sales Packaging Analyst

 

This role is part of our Future Talent Program – Leadership Track, which is an 18-month program that will develop your leadership skills and help you gain broad business knowledge in a truly international environment. Our company is committed to investing in developing capabilities, ensuring we have the people, processes and tools that are critical to achieving our strategy. 
From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan includes a combination of project-rotations into different organizations, international assignments, work within your own department as well as formal training and mentorship from a network of colleagues all over the world. The program will give you broad insight into our company, our culture, and our values. After completing this program, you will have gained knowledge, built relationships, and had experiences to help you continue your exciting career within our company.
 
We are looking for recent grads that are highly driven, have an innovative mindset, an aptitude for problem solving, passion for applying theoretical knowledge to real challenges, strong communication skills and are true team players that enjoy working with people from various cultures.
This position is for Denton, Texas and has a hybrid working format. 
Start Date: July 15, 2024.

Tetra Pak is not considering Internal or External applicants who require International Relocation to the United States. 

What you will do

 

As a Future Talent - Sales Packaging Analyst, you will:

 

  • Support all business streams in Sales
  • Become the business expert for Salesforce (especially Smart Sales)
  • Learn how to use and extract data from the tool 
  • Run Salesforce reports and clean up data
  • Improve Sales forecasting
  • Train others in Salesforce (Smart Sales)
  • Increase Customer Experience by creating and running surveys as well as by following up with colleagues on Salesforce usage 
  • Support Key Account Management and Planning by ensuring all data is entered into Smart Sales correctly, Account Plans are linked to Smart Sales and to surveys.
  • Generate credit memos for the finance team
  • Increase Value Selling

We believe you have

 

  • A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering or similar. 
  • Finished or will finish your studies between May 2022 and June 2024
  • A very analytical, data driven mindset
  • Overall good computer skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and empathy
  • An outgoing personality and collaborative work style
