WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU?
The Office Coordinator will complete assigned office/facilities-related and employee engagement-related needs such as: building upkeep, vendor and property management coordination, building access permissions, office-related purchasing, emergency response planning, planning and overseeing engagement events and catering, assisting with sustainability reporting needs, coordinating office communications, and other needs associated with daily office operations.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Identifies, plans, and coordinates necessary office/building-related tasks through to completion. If tasks cannot be resolved internally, coordinates the completion of the work through approved vendors within the approved budget. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, furniture, painting, equipment, maintenance, food/beverage, shredding, composting, and plants. Escalates issues to Supervisor as needed.
• Acts as subject matter expert for desk booking platform and completes daily activity related to space management and office coordination approvals.
• Addresses customer service requests and work orders for office/building related inquiries via dedicated email inbox, in person requests, and ticketing system. Escalates unresolved issues to Supervisor as needed.
• Plans company-wide employee-related engagement events
• Completes purchasing processes within designated budget for assigned HQ office related needs such as snacks, paper, small office equipment, office supplies, catering, etc. within designated budget. Assists Supervisor with larger scale office purchases as needed.
• Backfills to complete any necessary work for Office Assistant/Facilities Assistant/Reception as needed.
• Works to ensure office items are communicated to employees as needed
• Partners with IT Security, HR, HR Ops, IT, and others as needed on building access control and visitor management needs.
• Partners with Supervisor on emergency response planning, oversight and communication.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree Required
IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE:
• 1 year of office or facilities coordination experience preferred

Due to the nature of this position, you would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters Monday - Friday with flexibility to occasionally work remotely.
