Shift Available: Days (with flexibility)
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will oversee and coordinate the activities of your team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation.
• Leading and managing and team to achieve and exceed SLAs
• Distributing work orders and ensuring the workload of the employees
• Steering, coordinating, and implementing processes as well as planning the daily business activities
• First point of contact for all process and technical faults and forwarding of reports to the involved departments
• Identifying issues or problems and initiating corrective measures and success control
• Ensuring SLA compliance
• Working in the SAP system
• Participating in resource planning (staff and infrastructure)
• Creating and evaluating reports
• Ensuring the quality and service level specifications
• People management activities
· Experience of working with computerised systems
· Experience and understanding of working in a temperature-controlled environment an advantage
· Able to demonstrate reliability, good time management and organisation skills
· Good written and verbal communication.
· Good numerical skills and record keeping skills.
· Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
· Show the ability to take ownership of an issue, seeing it through from start to finish in a professional manner.
