Accountability for the relationship from start to finish for our clients to ensure we meet their business goals and objectives through excellent performance in all areas and delivery of service. Having responsibility and ownership for making commercial decisions for pricing and profitability, ensuring they’re in line with financial and budgetary targets.
Your Tasks
Commercial management, relationship, and ownership for the client, including P&L
Oversight of Service Delivery and Operations in relation to SLA adherence, KPI variance, and Satisfaction Surveys; ensure all internal reporting and analysis is delivered.
prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews and other client routine meetings for account review and chair these meetings as required.
Support the Project Manager appointed to lead new business introductions or client projects for your accounts.
working with the client and internal stakeholders in relation to the account evolution and growth.
Identifying opportunities to leverage other solutions for your client, as well as ways to improve the customer experience and/or reduce costs.
Identifying and sharing risk and issues analysis along with mitigation plans, reviewing and updating contingencies
Managing any account escalations to ensure timely resolution.
Team management
Your Profile
Someone who has excellent business acumen and experience in customer account management, resolving complaints, and preventing additional issues by improving solutions. Customer-centric, with the desire and ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication.
Excellent leadership skills with success in developing high-performing teams.
