The role: We have an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team as a HR Administrator on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (parental leave cover).
As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for delivering proactive and efficient HR administration and data processing in support of the HR team, across the employee lifecycle.
The duties of the role will be split into three key areas, and responsibilities will include:
Administration
Data Integrity and People Analytics

What you’ll bring: We’re looking for someone who has a professional and friendly attitude, and who can build positive and proactive relationships with key stakeholders within the HR and Payroll teams, as well as with employees. To be successful, you’ll need:
Previous experience within a HR, Payroll environment and working with HRIS is desirable but is not essential as we will provide all the necessary training.
The team: The HR Admin team sits within HR Operations and provides vital support to teams within the HR division, and works closely with in-house departments such a Payroll, Pensions, Finance and external provider companies, too. The work done by the team covers the whole employee lifecycle - from preparing contracts for people joining Penguin Random House, to processing leaver information.

While our offices across the UK are places to connect, collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. For this role we expect that you will come into one of our offices, based in London (Pimlico and Nine Elms), once a week. Working patterns will be discussed further at interview stage.
