Puig USA seeks an energetic, goal-driven Field Sales Account Coordinator to bolster our Mid-West Sales Team. This role supports Account Executives in optimizing sales and market share within their territory. Your role will involve orchestrating captivating in-store beauty experiences, ensuring retail staff are equipped and scheduled for enhancing customer interactions.
Business & Brand Strategy:
• Collaborate with leadership to develop annual brand plans for both makeup and fragrance, leveraging data, insights, and reporting to assess business performance and formulate actionable strategies.
• Lead initiatives directly impacting the P&L for Carolina Herrera Fragrance & Makeup and manage budget for the brand.
• Translate business priorities into clear brand objectives, strategies, and plans, with a focus on elevated consumer experience through new product launches, pricing, positioning & animations.
• Collaborate with global partners to define brand priorities for the USA and report success, challenges, and recommendations for future success in a clear concise manner.
Retailer & Sales strategy definition & execution:
• Craft retailer specific strategies and positioning for the Carolina Herrera sub brands, defining a clear roadmap to win in each channel, including specialty accounts, such as Nordstrom.
• Work seamlessly with Key account directors for each account to identify opportunities and implement them.
• Create impactful brand presentations for retailers during market meetings.
• Translate brand strategy into actionable tactic for the field sales force through inspiring and clear presentations.
• Develop a tiered animation strategy for fragrance and makeup with a focus on consumer eventing at point of sales. Create events with tiered strategy that can be implemented across different retailers.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Team development:
• Demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration abilities, successfully leading projects and ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate on communications and media priorities for the brand to maximize brand visibility.
• Lead a team of brand managers, coach them to succeed and help translate business needs into actionable items.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of brand management experience, encompassing marketing, trade marketing & innovation.
• Proven talent management skills, with a focus on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
• Industry experience in beauty, with a track record of success leading multiple categories across different channels.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including direct-to-consumer, eCommerce, and retailer media networks.
• Key leadership traits including collaboration, integrity, accountability, vision, problem solving and can-do attitude.
