We currently have a fantastic vacancy for a new and exciting role of Multiply Trainer.
As a Trainer you’ll facilitate high quality and engaging sessions to participants which develops their employability skills (i.e. interview techniques, job application tactics, confidence restoration sessions, identify transferrable skills). You’ll deliver high impact training solutions to meet a range of participant needs (including, skills assessments; ‘How to’ sessions; Making the most of, and other relevant activities).
Three days of the role will be concentrated on delivering our Multiply Contract. Multiply’ is a government-funded programme to help adults improve their numeracy skills. Numeracy is the ability to understand and use maths in daily life, home, and work. Whether that be improving household finances, helping children with homework, making more sense of the stats and the information contained in your payslips or improving numeracy skills specific to your line of work.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent understanding of the barriers unemployed job seekers face in obtaining a new job. Have knowledge of the employability industry and delivering employability skills and personal development training programmes. Have experience of delivering and developing training programmes face to face and/or remotely using a number of digital technologies.
