We’re looking for a Team Manager to join our Accommodation Support Team, working holistically with stakeholders to ensure our participants are fully supported with their housing needs.
You’ll have operational responsibility of a team of Accommodation Support Officers, ensuring effective delivery of the Dynamic Framework Accommodation service both in custody and in the community. We’ll need you to ensure the service is delivered effectively and efficiently to our participants at a high standard, whilst also participating in the development and implementation of organisation-wide strategies and objectives.
Our successful candidate will have highly effective communication skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels and in a variety of settings. Detailed knowledge of local and national housing issues (including social deprivation and legislation) and a knowledge of the range and breadth of housing support providers is required.
