Join our Activity Hub as a Learning Facilitator and create a positive learning environment in which our participants are enabled to develop new skills and achieve accredited learning.
What happens at our Activity Hubs you may ask? Our trained team provide a comprehensive programme of social and creative activities for ex-offenders, both following release from prison and those serving community sentences. Our participants are invited to come and enjoy the support we offer to ensure they are well-equipped with the necessary skills and confidence they need to re-enter the community.
We’ll need your excellent time planning and organisation skills as you support the delivery of individually tailored plans, facilitating our participants’ access to learning. You’ll also support the delivery of training to Hub staff and stakeholder engagement activities.
Our successful candidate would ideally have a Level 3 or 4 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent). However, we’re not necessarily looking for someone who ticks every box so long as you have previous experience in delivering and developing training programmes.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary of £28,050 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Hours: The core hours are Monday to Friday between 10 and 4, and some work may be required in the evening and/or Saturdays to total 37 hours per week. We operate a flexible working policy to reflect the flexible opening times of the Hubs and for the benefit of employees.
