We’re recruiting a Delivery Tutor to provide a high quality, inspirational and supportive teaching experience for all our learners on the Uniformed Services Preparation Course.
We’re looking for an inspirational, enthusiastic and highly motivated tutor ideally experienced and qualified instructor from a related career field – specifically from one of the tri or emergency services.
You’ll assist our team in developing a successful Uniformed services preparation provision. Working with the Head of AEB Operations and other team members you’ll deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment to a wide range of full-time and part time learners.
Our ideal candidate will not only be an experienced teacher with the ability to create engaging and challenging lessons but also a role model for aspiring young servicemen and women who have the personal qualities, values and standards that students can aspire to.
Ideally, you’ll have an emergency or military forces background with the experience, knowledge and skills to inspire and prepare young people for entry to the emergency services and provide them with an enjoyable, challenging and relevant learning experience that will help them achieve their career goals.
Experience of working within the further education sector is desirable as are fitness and/ or outdoor adventure qualifications. You will preferably hold graduate or equivalent level qualifications in a related discipline and have sound administrative and organisational skills.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £24,325 to £28,350 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:
