Job Description:
As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer service and efficient order management. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing timely and accurate pricing estimations, including value-engineered options.
Managing the order process from entry to execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinating with various teams to ensure timely order delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Generating and maintaining reports to track order status, customer complaints, and backorders.
Offering technical support to sales and customer service teams, as well as assisting with tender document preparation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience (5 years for candidates familiar with processes & SOPs), preferably in construction, access solutions, or any industrial business.
Experience working with SAP is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
