POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Lexington, KY. This is a hybrid role after initial training of 90 days of in-office training/mentoring. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting new business development, inbound order requests and day-to-day activities for our company clients.

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $45,000 - $60,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Drive profitable sales growth through new business development efforts.
  • Identify strategic opportunities and establish sales tactics to penetrate and develop specific clients in assigned regions and markets.
  • Continuously review competitive market landscape and recommend, develop, and implement new and creative tactics to maximize sales opportunities and revenue.
  • Ensure contractual commitments are met during the term of customer agreements.
  • Complete timely reporting in Salesforce.com, opportunities updates, sales forecasts, and call reports.

 

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Minimum of 2 years’ Account Management/Inside Sales experience.
  • Travel – up to 15% (trade shows, meetings, and training).

 

 

WHAT WE PREFER

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge or experience with manufacturing, ATM’s, Financial Institutions, armored transportation, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce)
