POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. This is a remote position. The individual will source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails. The Inside Sales Representative will act as a strategic product specialist and advise customers on solutions, while promoting dormakaba’s innovative suite of products and solutions. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting existing accounts and executing growth strategies.

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $55,000 - $65,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Drive profitable sales growth with existing clients to increase market share.
  • Identify strategic opportunities and establish sales tactics to penetrate and develop specific clients in assigned regions and markets.
  • Review competitive market landscape and identify promotional opportunities to maximize  sales revenue.
  • Perform effectively within a cross-functional team.
  • Continuous product training across company platforms and systems.

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • 1+ year Account Management/Sales experience
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce)

 

WHAT WE PREFER

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge or experience with manufacturing, door hardware, access control and security solutions
