We are currently looking for a National Account Executive to be based at our Hitchin branch, to look after a number of major blue chip, customer accounts for dormakaba UK
A job that matters: Your Tasks
Our Account Executives look after a selected number of key clients, making sure that the customer gets the best service possible, whilst always anticipating any issues by continuously reviewing our performance as a supplier through various tools and strategies, customer surveys and periodic reviews.
Day to day tasks will include the management of all work orders for assigned customers ensuring internal and external KPI’s are achieved where possible. Pro-active reporting to the client on any reactive or quoted works, PPM’s and chasing outstanding elements of works with the appropriate dormakaba teams. Additionally, you will be responsible the reporting of client KPI to dormakaba, highlighting where we see challenges/performance failings, potential escalations, and good news stories.
Lastly you will deal with client escalations, efficiently and in line with client expectations, and also the contract renewal/new contract builds with customer, leading customer meetings. This role requires a proactive, organised and collaborative individual who can go the extra mile for the customer.
