POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an Office Administrator based onsite in Lexington, KY. The Office Administrator is responsible for administrative, local office operations, and facilities support.  You will also participate in EH&S coordination activities as needed.

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $50,000 - $55,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide General Administrative support for the Lexington office including but not limited to signing in visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while answering main office line.
  • Support team members with shipping and receiving tasks.
  • Maintain office budget and supplies for facility.
  • Actively identify and support cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Actively participate in the recommendation, development, implementation, and execution of processes that drive continued improvement in the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness for the dormakaba safe lock team. 

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • High school education or equivalent  
  • 1-3 yrs. of experience in customer service with a global customer base and/or manufacturing organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving abilities

 

WHAT WE PREFER

  • Associate degree in business administration or related field
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
