About the Internship Program:
Over the course of 10 weeks, a select group of college and university students will join us, gaining valuable work experiences and insights into our most exciting products. Interns engage with Hasbro’s beloved brands, gaining meaningful work-experience through day-to-day training, hands-on projects, executive exposure, individual development planning, and mentorship.
What You'll Do:
Support the North America Consumer Products team that oversees and manages the licensing of Hasbro’s house of brands (from preschool to fashion to entertainment brands) in connection with a variety of products and product categories.
Support the creation of standard processes across to help the team operate more efficiently.
Own and support management of the team’s tools, including trackers, collaboration folders and product catalogs.
Assist category managers and the retail development team with building compelling brand pitch decks in support of seeking new business
Directly communicate with licensees and partners to secure and document intel on placement and retail sell-in
Analyze consumer product trends, competitive landscape and other key data to identify white space opportunities and help inform licensing strategy
Create template and process for pushing out a monthly team external newsletter
Support the organization and planning of the North America partner day planned for November
What you'll bring:
Currently enrolled in an accredited, degree-seeking program majoring in a business-related degree with at least one quarter or semester left after August 2024.
Available to work full-time hours for 10 weeks hybrid at our Pawtucket, RI office location.
Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong project management skills, able to balance priorities and work cross categorically.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Resourceful, ambitious, and hardworking personality.
