Job Functions / Responsibilities
Mail processing: sort and deliver incoming mail; collect, sort and process outgoing mail
Receive and deliver incoming FedEx, UPS, & DHL packages
Process outgoing FedEx & UPS packages for delivery; track packages as required
Back-up mail courier driver
Deliver copy paper and office supplies throughout the corporate office
Support conference room set-up
Provide telephone switchboard support
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent and professional level customer service daily
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Goal oriented team player
Ability to move/lift 25 pounds on a regular basis; 50 pounds assisted
Able to work short notice overtime
PC literate; basic knowledge of Microsoft products
Excellent verbal communication skills
Clean driving record
Education
Courier and mail processing experience preferred
Valid Washington State driver’s license plus clean driving record and skills; driving test administered for final candidates
High school graduate or equivalent required
