SUMMARY
PACCAR Financial is seeking a talented problem-solver who has a passion for maintaining data integrity. You will resolve disparate customer data issues and work within different business systems and departments. You are a self-starter who excels in collaborating with others. You can understand the big picture but also dive into the details.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Track data quality and resolve issues to ensure customer data accuracy
- Act as the point of contact for various departments for data integrity
- Ensure truck order queue is consistently monitored to ensure flawless and timely lead creation
- Research affiliations between business customers to maintain or create customer hierarchies
- Review Line of Credit information for new and existing customers prior to upload to downstream systems
- Upload information to the Dealer Portal as directed by Marketing
- Assist in managing information and updates to our Dealer Portal and Loan and Lease Systems
- Support additional Contract Administration Department duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience related work experience, preferably in a leasing/finance industry
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be a team player and able to contribute effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills; experience in communicating effectively with all levels within the organization
- Proven project management and decisions-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Education
- Bachelor's Degree required
