Requisition Summary
The Credits & Returns Analyst is responsible for processing dealer claim/credit requests per Division Policies and Department Guidelines. Credits & Returns Analyst will validate credit requests and work with PACCAR Distribution Centers (PDC), Suppliers, and Internal Departments to ensure claims are processed accurately and timely.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Review and validate dealer claim requests
- Process Direct Shipment Product (DSP) and PDC and supplier credits
- Respond to Dealer inquiries and calls
- Process daily and monthly parts returns
- Communicate and Support Stakeholders (PDC’s/Suppliers/Product Marketing) and reviewing backlog
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or actively pursuing
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- The ability to work independently and to make decisions based on department policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
- Must have the ability to multi task and manage changing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary Range:
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $57,600.00 - $78,980.00 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
