Activities
Create an area plan to prioritise opportunities to exceed revenue, margin and RMM targets
Embrace new product opportunities to present and sell to customers and drive NPD growth
Build and develop strong business relationships with all customers and always representing Bostik in a professional manner
Manage aged debt on area
Work with customers to drive the best presentation of Bostik products, fully utilising equipment available and marketing support
Manage a NBD pipeline and seek out and develop profitable new business opportunities, utilising “Salesforce” for key opportunities
Provide product training to customers focussing on features, benefits and Bostik brand equity
Support customers with product demonstration events to drive product awareness and sales
Complete on a daily basis all customer meetings and/or events in “Salesforce”
Complete administrative duties in line with deadlines and expectations
Manage own territory journey plan to ensure optimum customer facing time
Have an up-to-date Personal Skills Development plan, utilising resources available
Context and environment
The role operates in a highly competitive, dynamic and innovative environment. The role is home-based, without direct supervision and therefore requires a high degree of personal organisation and self-motivation. The job holder must meet and interact confidently with existing and potential new customers and represent the company in a professional capacity at all times.
Accountabilities
To plan, direct and co-ordinate all field sales activities for a given geographical sales area, achieving or exceeding prescribed sales, margin, MOVC and KPI targets. Maintain optimum customer relations on an ongoing basis and developing new business opportunities within the area
