What you’ll do:
The Global SEO team is looking for a smart, self-motivated, data-driven global Lead of SEO/Growth Marketing to strategy organic search from strategy to execution/optimization for several of our key portfolios: CX, Industries, SME. The lead will also take ownership of managing our Technology Partner relationship, implementing internal workflows on said tech platforms (e.g. Conductor, SEMRush). SEO Manager will have the chance to shape our search marketing strategy, be a key growth driver for the company, and help build SAP’s cloud business.
As an SEO Lead at SAP, you will play a pivotal role in driving organic growth by developing and executing effective SEO strategies. You will work with a team of SEO specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our online visibility, increase organic traffic, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a proven track record of success, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends. But most importantly, we are looking for someone with a growth mindset – who’s always learning, iterating, and making our way of working as a team better, every day.
As an SEO leader, you will be accountable for deeply understanding business priorities, setting SEO strategies across a complex portfolio, executing those strategies with demonstrated business impact, and educating stakeholders about SEO. You have at hands-on SEO experience (technical and content), including solving tough multi-domain, enterprise-level SEO problems with global footprints, developing sound strategies to support traffic from the top to the bottom of the funnel in a commerce ecosystem, and educating and influencing a broad set of stakeholders in an enterprise environment. In this position, you’ll work closely with CMSO, and marketing web teams/CDX, product marketing, IT, paid/SEM teams, our content studio writers, and agency partners to evolve and sustain a holistic, scalable, impactful SEO program.
