Care Team Leader
Glenfairn House, Racecourse Road, Ayr, Ayrshire
£14.00 per hour
27 hours per week must be willing to do nights and or days

Where you’ll work
Glenfairn is based in the seaside town of Ayr, located on Racecourse Road , set in a Victorian building with beautiful gardens. A recently refurbished home. We have the capacity for 61 residents over 3 floors. We support older people over the age of 65 with various frailties and cognitive impairments. We support people with personal care, nutrition and hydration, and meaningful connections. We have an established activity programme. We are a large but close staff team. Flexible hours can be considered. Our home is close to all major public transport link in the town and a 5-minute walk away for the town centre.

As a Care Team Leader, you will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, whilst showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensuring that our residents are comfortable in their home. You will also support Care Assistants in their development.
