Part Time Receptionist

 

Denmark Road, Manchester

 

£15,387 - £16,525

 

25 hours per week

 

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Receptionist to join our friendly team at Denmark Road, Manchester. As the first point of contact at our main reception, you must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment dealing with both customer and contractor enquiries ensuring an exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.

 

The role of Receptionist will include:

  • Effective delivery of high-quality administration and reception services including dealing with enquiries via telephone, email and face to face from residents and maintenance contractors.
  • Taking repair requests from residents and updating systems accordingly.
  • Receiving ad hoc payments from residents and ensuring that all transactions are correctly assigned and recorded.
  • Issuing keys to contractors and getting updates for the team on repairs for the contractors.
  • Monitoring the mailbox and responding appropriately.
  • Ensuring all standard operation procedures are followed.
  • Supporting the management team with administration duties.
  • Occasional weekend working will be required for arrival and departure weekends.

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role.
  • A Friendly approachable manner
  • Excellent communication skills and working knowledge of effective communication at all levels.
  • Proven experience of providing excellent customer service.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Some knowledge of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
  • Some experience of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions.
