Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Night Call Handler at Parade Enterprise Centre, Blacon.

The role of Night Call Handler will include:
- Undertaking responsive and proactive call handling duties
- Responding to emergency calls in a customer focused, calm and friendly manner
- Maintaining effective filing systems
- Supporting the achievement of service standards
Skills and experiences:
- Experience of working in a customer centre or customer service environment is essential
- The ability to work under pressure
- Proven experience of administration relating to customer service and complaints
- Proven experience of effective communication at all levels

- Role salary is £18,033 per annum with an additional policy allowance of £1,804 per annum, rising to £18,982 with an additional policy allowance of £1,899 per annum after completion of successful 6 month probationary period (rising to £19,982 with an additional policy allowance of £1,998 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
