Administration Officer
Glasgow based with a balance of home and office working
£26,592 - £27,992 per year
40 hours per week
We have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Regional Gas Management team, based in Glasgow. The main purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and comprehensive support and administrative service to the regional teams within the Sanctuary Maintenance Services.
The role of Administration Officer will include:
- Carrying out the daily administration duties of the Gas team across all of Scotland, including performance management, liaising with merchants, ensuring qualifications are updated and training is scheduled within correct time frames
- Support the regional teams by ensuring accurate and timely information is collected, collated, prepared and presented
- Provide managers and colleagues with clear guidance, information and practical advice
- Support the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, residents and contractors
Skills and experiences:
- Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
