Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Night Female Care and Support Assistant at Clover Court, Lowestoft.

The role of Night Care and Support Assistant will include:
- Providing peace of mind for all residents by carrying out security checks throughout the night and checking on all buildings and residents
- Expertly supporting customers with personal care, such as washing, dressing, bathing and hygiene
- Administering medication
- Responding to calls should a resident need support in an emergency
- Conducting bed calls and morning calls to a high standard
- Working to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records
Skills and experiences:
- Personalised approach, ideally with experience within a similar, care related role
- Enthusiastic and flexible with a strong “can-do” attitude
- Strong organisational skills as well as functional literacy and numeracy
- Good communication skills, allowing you to build relationships with customers
- Ability to react quickly to changing priorities whilst working to deadlines and targets
- NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards is desirable
- Strong, clear verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
