Concierge
Bow Cross, London – E3
£26,563 per year
40 hours per week - Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7am – 7pm & Sunday 8am – 12noon
We have an opportunity for a Concierge to join our Estate Services team based in London. As Concierge you will provide an effective reception and concierge service, acting as first point of contact for all customers, visitors and suppliers ensuring that the highest level of customer care and service are maintained at all times.
The role of Concierge will include:
- Ensuring the front desk and client-waiting areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
- Maintaining a professional image in and around the Concierge desk and Lobby area
- Greeting all external visitors in an appropriate manner, ensuring that they are booked in correctly
- Carrying out all cleaning tasks within the block such as polishing, hoovering and mopping lifts, lobbies, kitchen and communal areas
- Carrying out regular patrols within the building
- Ensuring all paperwork and data protection logs are accurately maintained
- Accepting delivery of post and parcels and keeping clear records
- Responding positively to customer requests and queries efficiently offering solutions or recommendations
- Completing concierge check lists, feeding back information and completing incident reports if required
Skills and experiences:
- Previous experience of working within similar role is required
- Excellent customer service skills as you will be interacting with a diverse range of customers
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think creatively, and a proactive approach to addressing issues as they arise
- Ability to Manage multiple tasks, appointments, and requests efficiently and effectively
- Basic Health and Safety knowledge, with the ability to carry out minor repairs
- Friendly and approachable attitude
