We have an opportunity for a Partnerships Assistant to join our Neighbourhood Partnerships team, based in Chester. The main purpose of this role is to support the provision of an efficient and comprehensive support and administrative service to the Partnerships team.
The role of Partnerships Assistant will include:
- Administration duties including contacting external partners for further information, storing photographs and videos in line with GDPR, monitoring projects and our partners face to face
- Attending our growing spaces and monitoring the sites for any Health and Safety concerns; this will also include meeting new growers and advertising the sites
- Assist the Partnerships teams by ensuring accurate and timely information is collected, collated, prepared and presented
- Assist the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, residents and contractors
Skills and experiences:
- Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
- Good communication, organisational and planning skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Experience of working or knowledge of communities across Cheshire West and Chester
- Ability to use own initiative and prioritise workloads
