We are excited to be introducing a new supported living service to Sanctuary, Rose House in Hartlepool. We’re seeking a Support Assistant to join our team and make a real difference to the lives of our customers by supporting them to develop the skills and confidence they need to live independently.
At Rose House in Hartlepool, we provide person centred support to young people aged 16-25 as they transition from the care system to moving onto live independently. The aim of our service is to support our customers to develop the skills and confidence to live independently by offering support with tenancy and money management, encouraging employment/education and promoting daily living skills.
We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as ongoing training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. We have our own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all.
